Rapid repairing method for airport runway pavement
The invention discloses a rapid repairing method for an airfield runway pavement. The rapid repairing method comprises the following steps: S1, preparing the following repairing materials in parts by weight: 120-530 parts of cement, 70-470 parts of asphalt, 30-260 parts of polyethylene amide, 100-210 parts of quartz, 60-210 parts of polymer resin, 30-190 parts of an adhesive and 200-900 parts of water; s2, the crack pavement and the loose pavement are chiseled away to form pits, the chiseling range covers crack and loose positions on the pavement, the bottom contour of the pits formed through chiseling away is larger than the top contour of the pits, and the pits with the small lower portions and the large upper portions are formed; and S3, a layer of epoxy resin is poured into the pit hole, the epoxy resin covers the surface of the inner wall of the pit hole, and then a repairing material is poured into the pit hole to be filled till the pit hole is filled with the repairing material. The method has the advantages that adhesion between cement and the original runway pavement is greatly improved, the quality of the repaired runway is better improved, the repairing efficiency is improved, and the repairing frequency of people is reduced.
