The invention relates to the technical field of bridge body construction, and provides a cable-stayed bridge cable tower construction method which comprises the steps that a cable tower lower formwork is erected on a bearing platform of a main pier, and concrete is poured to the position flush with a beam body bottom plate; a cable bent tower lower formwork is used as a support, a cable bent tower middle formwork is installed, and concrete is poured; the lower formwork of the cable bent tower is dismantled, and the lower formwork of the cable bent tower is decomposed into multiple layers of column body formworks; a plurality of layers of column body formworks are installed on the top face of the middle of the poured cable bent tower, and concrete is poured; and based on the multiple layers of column body formworks, a formwork turnover construction method is adopted, and construction is conducted circularly in sequence. After the cable bent tower lower part is constructed by using the cable bent tower lower part template, the cable bent tower lower part template is dismantled, and the cable bent tower lower part template is decomposed to form a plurality of layers of column body templates, so that the templates can be repeatedly used subsequently, corresponding templates are prevented from being customized, the construction cost is reduced, and the construction efficiency is also improved.
