The invention relates to the technical field of flow channel cleaning, and discloses a dam water inlet flow channel floating object cleaning device which comprises a fixing plate arranged at a dam water inlet flow channel opening, a water inlet communicated with the dam water inlet flow channel opening is formed in the fixing plate, a filtering plate is arranged in the water inlet, a fixing barrier strip is fixedly installed on the filtering plate, and the fixing barrier strip is fixedly connected with the dam water inlet flow channel opening. A fishing mechanism for cleaning garbage and a driving mechanism for driving the fishing mechanism to work through water flow are arranged on the fixing plate, the fishing mechanism comprises a movable rod, a limiting rod, a U-shaped frame and a plurality of first arc-shaped fixing strips, and an inserting groove and a limiting groove are formed in the upper end of the fixing plate; the movable rod and the limiting rod are movably installed in the inserting groove and the limiting groove respectively. The invention aims to solve the problems that in the prior art, floating objects accumulated in front of a dam are manually cleaned, the efficiency is low, potential safety hazards exist, and tree branches are easily clamped on a filter screen under the impact of water flow and are difficult to clean.
