The well meter data transmission system comprises multiple water meters, a sealing shell, airtight equipment, a relay collector and management equipment, and the multiple water meters are sequentially arranged along the extending path of a water path; the sealing shell comprises a shell body arranged on the periphery of the water meter in a sleeving mode and a sealing cover arranged at an opening of the shell body in a covering mode, and the sealing shell and the sealing cover are enclosed to form an airtight space used for containing the water meter. The air tightness equipment comprises an air inlet pump and an air outlet pump which are arranged outside the well; the relay collector is arranged on a well lid of a water well, and the relay collector is in communication connection with the multiple water meters. The well and meter integrated equipment comprises the well and meter data transmission system, a well body and a gas conveying device. According to the well meter data transmission system and the well meter integrated equipment, air can flow into the airtight space regularly by arranging the airtight equipment, and the service life of the water meter is prolonged.
