The invention belongs to the technical field of building structures, and particularly relates to a memory alloy concrete structure which comprises two symmetrically-arranged concrete split walls fixedly connected to the top face and the bottom face of an anti-seismic buffering recovery assembly respectively. A plurality of longitudinal bars and a plurality of stirrups are fixedly connected in the concrete split wall, and the longitudinal bars and the stirrups are vertically arranged in space and are fixedly connected; memory alloy fiber filler is mixed in the concrete split wall; stirrup connection reinforcing parts are arranged in the concrete split walls and are used for increasing the integrity among the stirrups. Earthquake force is absorbed through the anti-seismic buffer recovery assembly, damage of an earthquake to the whole building is reduced, after the earthquake occurs, the two concrete split walls can be recovered to the initial position through the anti-seismic buffer recovery assembly, the original performance of the building can be recovered conveniently, and meanwhile maintenance is convenient.
