The building outer wall partition plate structure is composed of the combined frame plate, the sound insulation layer, the waterproof layer and the edge covering strips, the right splicing frame and the left splicing frame are combined, and the connecting blocks of the right splicing frame extend into the connecting grooves correspondingly formed in the left splicing frame and are fixedly connected with the inner side faces of the connecting grooves in the mode that bolts penetrate through mounting holes. Compared with an existing building outer wall partition plate structure, the thickness of the combined frame plate, the thickness of the sound insulation layer, the thickness of the waterproof layer and the material and the thickness of the heat preservation material can be customized according to the requirements of actual installation regions by matching with the sound insulation layer and the waterproof layer arranged on the two faces of the combined frame plate, and use is flexible; and sound insulation, wall surface waterproofing and heat preservation are integrated.
