The invention discloses a non-local resonance board, a composite wallboard unit, a wallboard and an optimization method. The non-local resonance board comprises a rigid supporting frame, a vibration reduction film and a balance weight unit. The rigid supporting frame is of a hollow structure. The vibration reduction film is laid on the hollow structure of the rigid supporting frame in a tensioned mode. The counterweight unit comprises a plurality of counterweight configurations, and the plurality of counterweight configurations have at least two shapes; and the counterweight configuration is mounted on the vibration reduction film. According to the non-local resonance board provided by the invention, through cooperative use of the counterweight unit and the vibration reduction film, noise reduction of the transformer can be realized; meanwhile, due to the arrangement of the counterweight structures of at least two shapes, noise reduction of noise of different frequency bands can be achieved, and compared with a traditional noise reduction method, the cost of the rigid supporting frame, the counterweight unit and the vibration reduction film is lower.
