The invention discloses a barium slag harmless treatment method and application. The method comprises the following steps: crushing barium slag and ardealite, spraying water, and controlling the water content to be about 34%; transferring the water-sprayed barium slag and ardealite into a stirrer according to a mass ratio of 7: 3, adding a stabilizer 2, and stirring with the mixed slag for 15 minutes; after stirring is finished, a stabilizer 1 is added, and stirring continues to be conducted for 15 min; and after the stirring is finished, adding a stabilizer 3, continuously stirring for 15 minutes, and finishing the stirring. According to the method, waste can be treated with waste, meanwhile, the pH of the mixed slag is adjusted, leaching toxicity harmlessness of barium can be truly achieved, and corrosivity is reduced. The method can be used for preparing machine-made bricks and water-stable layers and can be used for producing products meeting the national standard, so that the aim of recycling resources is fulfilled.
本发明公开了一种钡渣无害化处理的方法及应用。所述方法为将钡渣、磷石膏破碎,喷水,控制含水率为34%左右;将喷水后的钡渣和磷石膏按质量比为7:3的比例转移至搅拌机内,同时加入稳定剂2,与混合渣一起搅拌15min;搅拌结束后,加入稳定剂1,继续搅拌15min;搅拌结束后,加入稳定剂3,继续搅拌15min,结束搅拌。该方法可实现以废治废,同时调节混合渣的pH,既可真正实现钡的浸出毒性无害化,又实现腐蚀性的降低。该方法可以用于制备机制砖和水稳层,可生产出符合国标的产品,从而达到资源循环利用的目的。
