The carbon-absorbing and carbon-sequestration concrete comprises Portland cement, silica fume, mineral powder, fly ash, coarse aggregate, pottery sand, natural sand, micro-nano carbon dioxide bubble water, sodium hydroxide and a water reducing agent, wherein the dissolution rate of micro-nano carbon dioxide bubbles in the micro-nano carbon dioxide bubble water in water is greater than 95%; the preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing the cement, the fly ash, the mineral powder, the sodium hydroxide, the ceramsite, the recycled aggregate, the gravel, the natural sand, the water reducing agent and the micro-nano carbon dioxide bubble water, and uniformly stirring to obtain the carbon-absorbing and carbon-sequestration concrete. The carbon-absorbing and carbon-sequestration concrete has the advantage that the carbon dioxide absorbing and sequestration effect of the concrete is improved; the preparation method has the advantages that the operation steps are simple, raw materials are easy to obtain, and the method is suitable for large-scale application.
