Method for preparing magnesium spinel zirconium material from salt lake bischofite
The invention provides a method for preparing a magnesium spinel zirconium material by using salt lake bischofite, which comprises the following steps: dissolving bischofite, filtering, recrystallizing filtrate, and dissolving to obtain a pure magnesium chloride solution; the method comprises the following steps: simultaneously adding a magnesium chloride solution and a sodium hydroxide solution into a sodium chloride solution for precipitation reaction, filtering and washing to obtain high-purity magnesium hydroxide precipitate, and roasting at medium temperature to prepare light-burned magnesia; mixing the light-burned magnesia, the aluminum raw material, the zirconium raw material and the binder solution, and pressurizing to blank; and drying the green body, carrying out medium-temperature heat treatment, and carrying out vacuum sintering to prepare the magnesium spinel zirconium material. The magnesium spinel zirconium material prepared from the bischofite in the salt lake has the excellent properties of high purity, high density and the like, effectively solves the problem of high-value utilization of a byproduct bischofite in the production process of salt lake potassium salt, greatly improves the utilization efficiency of salt lake magnesium resources, and reduces adverse effects on the environment.
本发明提供了一种利用盐湖水氯镁石制备镁尖晶石锆材料的方法,将水氯镁石溶解、过滤,滤液重结晶后溶解得到纯净的氯化镁溶液;将氯化镁溶液与氢氧化钠溶液同时加入氯化钠溶液中进行沉淀反应,经过滤、洗涤得到高纯氢氧化镁沉淀,并经中温焙烧制备出轻烧镁砂;将轻烧镁砂、铝质原料、锆质原料与粘结剂溶液混合并加压制坯;将坯体干燥、中温热处理后,真空烧结制备得到镁尖晶石锆材料。本发明利用盐湖水氯镁石制备出的镁尖晶石锆材料,具有高纯度、高密度等优良性能,有效解决了盐湖钾盐生产过程中副产水氯镁石的高值化利用难题,大大提高了盐湖镁资源利用效率,减小对环境产生的不利影响。
