The invention relates to the technical field of ceramic production, and discloses a pearl white glaze ceramic preparation method, which comprises: taking 95-98 parts of a base material, adding 1-3 parts of zinc oxide and 0.5-1 part of bismuth oxide according to a weight ratio, uniformly mixing, and adding a proper amount of water to prepare a slurry-like blank material; forming the blank to obtain a green body; the green body is sintered at the temperature of 1100-1200 DEG C, and green porcelain is obtained; preparing glaze, taking 3-5 parts by weight of sodium silicate, 2-3 parts by weight of borax, 1-2 parts by weight of zinc oxide and 0.5-1 part by weight of sodium fluoride, adding a proper amount of water, and uniformly mixing to prepare glaze slip; coating the glaze slip on the surface of the porcelain blank, performing primary under-glaze firing, and preserving heat at 600-800 DEG C for 2-4 hours; and carrying out on-glaze firing at 1200-1250 DEG C to obtain the pearl white glaze ceramic product. According to the invention, the precision of the ceramic particles in the preparation process can be ensured, and larger ceramic particles do not appear in the ground final product.
本发明涉及陶瓷生产的技术领域,且公开了一种珍珠白釉陶瓷的制备方法,包括以下步骤:取基础料95‑98份,按重量比加入氧化锌1‑3份、氧化铋0.5‑1份,混合均匀,再加入适量的水,制成泥浆状坯料;将坯料进行成型,得到坯体;将坯体在1100‑1200℃下进行烧成,得到坯瓷;准备釉料,按重量比取硅酸钠3‑5份、硼砂2‑3份、氧化锌1‑2份、氟化钠0.5‑1份,加入适量水,混合均匀制成釉浆;将釉浆涂在坯瓷表面,进行一次釉下烧成,在600‑800℃下保温2‑4小时;在1200‑1250℃下进行釉上烧成,得到珍珠白釉陶瓷产品。本发明可以保证陶瓷颗粒在制备过程中的精度,研磨的最终产物不会出现较大颗粒的陶瓷颗粒。
