The invention discloses a prefabricated bridge deck expansion joint assembly and a disassembly and assembly method thereof, the assembly comprises a waterproof adhesive tape, a main cover body and bridge decks located on the two sides of an expansion joint, and the end parts of pavement layers of the bridge decks are retracted inwards to form outwards convex parts; the main cover body is placed on convex parts on two sides of the expansion joint; two sliding covers are hung on the main cover body in a sliding manner; a steel plate and a water stop rod are embedded in each outer convex part; each sliding cover covers the water stop rod on the same side; a spring is arranged between the two sliding covers; the waterproof rubber strip is fixed to the two sliding covers in a sealed mode. Under normal conditions, the sliding cover top plate and the water stop rod stop water statically; during expansion and contraction, the water stop rod, the sliding cover and the spring stop water dynamically; a preformed hole is formed in the end face of the pavement layer, and an inner rod of the main cover body is detachably connected with an outer rod of the preformed hole. The disassembly and assembly method is characterized in that the main cover body is hoisted, so that the sliding cover covers the water stop rod corresponding to the outer convex part; and then the outer rods in the preformed holes are connected with the corresponding inner rods. According to the assembly and the method, bridge floor water seepage can be avoided, and the dismounting and replacing process is rapid, convenient and efficient.
本发明公开一种预制装配式桥面板伸缩缝组件及其拆装方法，该组件包括防水胶条、主盖体和位于伸缩缝两侧的桥面板，桥面板的铺面层端部内收形成外凸部；主盖体搁置在伸缩缝两侧外凸部；主盖体滑动吊挂有两个滑盖；每个外凸部预埋有钢板和止水杆；每个滑盖罩住同侧的止水杆；两个滑盖之间设有弹簧；防水胶条与两个滑盖密封固定；正常状况下滑盖顶板和止水杆静态止水；胀缩时止水杆、滑盖和弹簧动态止水；铺面层端面设有预留孔，主盖体的内杆与预留孔外杆可拆式连接；该拆装方法关键在于：吊运主盖体，使滑盖罩住对应外凸部的止水杆；再将预留孔内的外杆与对应内杆连接。该组件和方法既能避免桥面水下渗，又使拆换过程快速方便高效。
