Water-blocking-free construction method and supporting structure for deeply-excavated river channel
The invention discloses a water-blocking-free construction method and a supporting structure for a deeply-excavated river channel. The method comprises the steps that a row of prefabricated pipe piles are driven into side slopes of the two banks of a river respectively, the top ends of the prefabricated pipe piles are exposed out of the water surface of the river, and every two adjacent prefabricated pipe piles in each row are continuous and free of gaps; a top beam is cast on the top of each row of prefabricated pipe piles in situ in the river direction; a plurality of temporary steel pipes are supported and mounted between the two rows of crown beams which are oppositely arranged; vertically and deeply digging riverbed earthwork downwards; wood base plates and prefabricated concrete plates are arranged on the bottom surface of the river channel; prefabricated square piles are hung on the upper surfaces of each pair of prefabricated concrete slabs; longitudinal beams are cast on the upper surfaces of the two rows of oppositely-arranged wood base plates in situ correspondingly, and the longitudinal beams wrap joint bars at the ends of the prefabricated square piles; and removing the temporary steel pipe supported at the top of the crown beam. The method is suitable for deep excavation of the riverway slope, combined construction of an assembly type and a cast-in-place process is adopted, and the construction speed is increased; meanwhile, the early stage of construction can be completed in the river channel water passing period, and the dry land construction time is shortened.
本发明公开了一种深挖河道的无阻水施工方法及支护结构。该方法包括:在河道两岸边坡分别打入一排预制管桩,预制管桩顶端露出河道水面,且每排预制管桩相邻桩间连续、无空隙;在每排预制管桩顶部沿河流方向现场浇筑冠梁;在相对布置的两排冠梁之间支撑安装若干个临时钢管;垂直向下深挖河床土方;在河道底部表面设置木垫板和预制混凝土板;在每对所述预制混凝土板上表面吊放预制方桩;在相对布置的两排所述木垫板上表面分别现场浇筑纵梁,纵梁把预制方桩端头插筋包裹;移除冠梁顶部支撑的临时钢管。本发明适用于河道边坡深挖,采用装配式和现浇工艺组合施工,加快施工速度;同时,施工的前期能够在河道通水期间完成,缩短了干地施工时间。
