The invention discloses a roadbed compactness detection method which comprises the following steps: extracting a soil sample from a construction site to be detected, and dividing the soil sample into a plurality of indoor soil samples according to the water content; detecting the moisture content and dry density of each indoor soil sample, and drawing a relation curve I; obtaining a hemispherical pit depth value of each indoor soil sample according to a method that a steel ball freely falls to impact the top surface of the soil sample, and establishing a fitting relational expression; randomly selecting a point in the roadbed to-be-detected area as a test point of the moisture content and the dry density of the outdoor roadbed soil sample to obtain the moisture content and the dry density of the actually measured roadbed soil sample; according to the steel ball impact method, obtaining a hemispherical pit depth value of each detection point of the to-be-detected area of the roadbed; and finally, fitting to obtain the roadbed compactness of each detection point. The subgrade compaction degree can be quickly and directly obtained, the detection period is short, the detection efficiency is high, the detection result is high in reliability and accuracy, and the large-scale and large-area continuous filling construction requirements of the subgrade can be met.
本发明公开了一种路基压实度的检测方法,包括:从待测施工现场抽取土样,按照含水率大小将其分为多个室内土样试样;检测每个室内土样试样的含水率与干密度,绘制关系曲线Ⅰ;按照钢球自由落下撞击土样试样顶面方法,获得每个室内土样试样的半球型凹坑深度值,建立拟合关系式;在路基待检区域随机选取一个点作为室外路基土样含水率与干密度的测试点,得实测路基土样含水率与干密度;按照所述钢球撞击方法,获得路基待检区域每个检测点的半球型凹坑深度值;最后拟合得到每个检测点的路基压实度。本发明可快速直接得到路基压实度,检测周期短、检测效率高,检测结果可靠性和准确度高,能满足路基大规模大面积连续填筑施工要求。
