The invention discloses an underground station variable cross-section concrete long-distance pouring device and method. The device comprises a sky pump, a concrete conveying vehicle, a ground pump and a high-pressure pump pipe. The sky pump is erected at an end well or a track panel well of the underground station, the concrete conveying vehicle travels between the sky pump and the concrete supply equipment, and a discharging port of the concrete conveying vehicle is connected with a feeding port of the sky pump; the ground pump is erected on a floor slab of a floor needing concrete pouring, and a discharging port of the sky pump is connected with a feeding port of the ground pump through a pipeline. One end of the high-pressure pump pipe is connected with a discharging port of the ground pump, the other end of the high-pressure pump pipe extends to the pouring component along the plate face of the floor, and an anti-deposition section is formed at the variable cross section between the floor and the pouring component. The invention relates to the technical field of concrete construction, and can solve the problems that a pouring method in the prior art cannot be suitable for long-distance pouring of variable cross-section concrete of an underground station and a pump pipe is easily blocked.
