The invention provides a steel waist beam adjusting device, a pile anchor support and a machining method thereof. The adjusting device comprises a base plate and at least one adjusting screw, and one end of the base plate is in contact with one end face of a concrete pile; one end of at least one adjusting screw rod penetrates through the steel waist beam and abuts against the base plate; wherein two adjusting nuts are arranged on the adjusting screw rod and used for being arranged on the two opposite sides of the steel waist beam respectively, and then the steel waist beam and the concrete pile are connected by adjusting the two adjusting nuts. According to the steel waist beam adjusting device, adjustment can be conducted according to the gap between the steel waist beam and the concrete pile through the two adjusting nuts, construction is convenient, operation is easy, after the steel waist beam is installed, the gap between the steel waist beam and the concrete pile can be preliminarily judged, the adjusting device is installed at the position needing to be adjusted, and finally tensioning of an anchor cable is completed; and the engineering progress can be accelerated.
本发明提供一种钢腰梁调节装置、桩锚支护及其加工方法,调节装置包括垫板和至少一个调节螺杆,垫板一端与混凝土桩一端面相接触;至少一个调节螺杆一端穿设于钢腰梁并与垫板相抵接;其中,调节螺杆上设有两个调节螺母,用于分设于钢腰梁的相对两侧,进而通过调节两个调节螺母以对钢腰梁与混凝土桩进行连接。上述钢腰梁调节装置利用两个调节螺母可以根据钢腰梁与混凝土桩之间的间隙进行调整,施工方便、操作简单,在钢腰梁安装完成后,可以初步判断钢腰梁与混凝土桩之间的间隙,对需要调节的位置安装调节装置,并最终完成锚索的张拉,有利于加快工程进度。
