The invention relates to a substructure enclosure structure excavation construction method for existing bridge transformation. The substructure enclosure structure excavation construction method comprises the steps that (1) jet grouting piles are adopted as waterproof curtains on the outer side of an enclosure; (2) open caissons are adopted for lower structure enclosure, and the special-shaped open caissons are installed on site in a blocking mode according to the plane position relation of an existing bridge to form a whole; (3) a deep sinking well of the special-shaped open caisson is inserted into a soil body to serve as a bearing platform construction enclosure part; the shallow sinking well is located on part of the deep sinking well, is located on the bearing platform and is used for pier column construction enclosure; (4) according to the elevation position relation of the existing bridge, the open caisson subsections are matched and sunk; (5) locally reinforcing and stopping water at a gap between the outer side of the enclosure and the waterproof curtain by adopting a jet grouting pile; (6) after sand bags are stacked at the joint of the bottom of the shallow open caisson blade foot and the top of the bearing platform, underwater concrete is poured; and (7) the enclosure of the partition part between the deep sinking well and the shallow sinking well is pulled out. The building envelope is simple in structure and safe in construction, and solves the problems that the construction space is insufficient and the building envelope cannot be normally arranged when the existing bridge is transformed.
本发明涉及一种用于既有桥梁改造的下部结构围护结构开挖施工方法,包括:1)围护外侧采用旋喷桩作为止水帷幕;2)下部结构围护采用沉井,根据既有桥梁平面位置关系,分块现场安装异形沉井,形成整体;3)异形沉井的深沉井插入土体,作为承台施工围护部分;浅沉井位于部分深沉井上,坐于承台,用于墩柱施工围护;4)根据既有桥梁标高位置关系,沉井分段匹配下沉;5)围护外侧与止水帷幕空隙处,采用旋喷桩局部加固止水;6)浅沉井刃脚底部与承台顶部交接处,采用砂袋堆积后,浇筑水下混凝土;7)拔除深沉井与浅沉井间隔断部分围护。本发明围护结构简单、施工安全、解决既有桥梁改造时施工空间不足,围护无法正常设置的难题。
