The invention discloses a paving and compacting integrated device for a pipeline haunch cushion layer. Haunch parts are formed between the left side and the right side of a pipeline and a base layer; comprising a storage hopper, the storage hopper is provided with a bestriding groove, the storage hopper above a pipeline is connected with walking wheels through a wheel carrier, and the walking wheels are downwards supported at the top of the pipeline; at least one walking wheel is connected with a driving device, and the multiple walking wheels are symmetrically arranged on the front side and the rear side of the storage hopper. The storage hoppers on the left side and the right side of the pipeline are downwards connected with blanking and vibrating mechanisms correspondingly, and the blanking and vibrating mechanisms are symmetrically arranged on the left side and the right side of the pipeline. The blanking and vibrating mechanism comprises a blanking device used for conveying backfill materials to the haunch corner part and a vibrating device used for vibrating the backfill materials at the haunch corner part. The invention further discloses a corresponding use method. A self-propelled vibrating and paving integrated device is adopted, paving, static pressing and vibrating are carried out at the same time, layering is carried out according to the thickness of an axillary corner cushion layer, multiple groups of paving and rolling structures are adopted for synchronous implementation, and the effect that axillary corner backfilling is completed at a time is achieved.
