The invention relates to the technical field of structural engineering, in particular to an inter-module self-locking connector of a modular fully-fabricated building structure, which comprises a plurality of connector monomers, each connector single body comprises a connector female part and a connector male part, wherein the connector female part is provided with a groove; the side wall of the groove is provided with a plurality of female lock holes and lock tongues corresponding to the female lock holes. The female part lock hole is provided with a lock hole blocking cover; the connector male part is provided with a connecting rod matched with the groove; and a male part lock hole matched with the female part lock hole is formed in the connecting rod. According to the inter-module self-locking type connector, the bolts are triggered through mutual insertion of the male parts and the female parts, the upper building module, the lower building module, the left building module and the right building module which are adjacent are connected and fixed under the condition that on-site fastening operation is not needed, and on-site installation steps can be simplified, so that the construction efficiency is effectively improved, and the influence of the construction environment and the technology of constructors on the construction quality is reduced.
