The prefabricated UHPC beam component comprises a prefabricated beam made of UHPC, the prefabricated beam comprises a bottom plate and side plates arranged on the two opposite sides of the bottom plate, a pouring groove with an upward opening is formed between the bottom plate and the side plates, and a steel framework is arranged in the prefabricated beam; the steel framework comprises an upper angle rib arranged in the upper end of the side plate and a lower angle rib arranged in the lower end of the side plate, the upper angle rib and the lower angle rib extend in the length direction of the precast beam, the upper angle rib and the lower angle rib are sleeved with an outer stirrup, the bottom edge of the outer stirrup is pre-buried in the bottom plate, and the side edge of the outer stirrup is pre-buried in the side plate. The self-weight is reduced, the bending resistance is improved, and the erection of supports on the lower side of the precast beam can be reduced. In addition, the invention also provides a prefabricated UHPC beam plate connecting structure which comprises the prefabricated UHPC beam component, and a template and a support do not need to be erected during construction.
