The invention provides a high-rise building hoisting system which comprises a stand column, the stand column is obliquely supported between an upper floor slab and a lower floor slab, and the higher end of the stand column faces the outer sides of the floor slabs; the lug plates are fixedly connected to the stand columns, the lug plates are close to the inner sides of the floor slabs, and penetrating holes are formed in the lug plates; one end of the inhaul cable penetrates through the penetrating hole and surrounds the stand column, and the end, surrounding the stand column, of the inhaul cable is fixed to the other end of the inhaul cable through a fixator; the guide plate is fixed to the edge of the outer side of the lower floor, an arc-shaped groove is formed in the guide plate, and the end, away from the stand column, of the inhaul cable extends out of the floor through the arc-shaped groove. The problem that in the prior art, shaking of an inhaul cable can cause adverse effects on a fixing device, and consequently loosening between the inhaul cable and a floor is caused is solved.
