The invention relates to the technical field of actuators, in particular to a door switch actuator capable of achieving manual and electric automatic switchover, which comprises a power device, a gear set, a clutch component and an output shaft, the clutch component is composed of a driving gear, a rotating shaft, a clutch assembly and a driven gear, the driving gear is fixedly connected with the rotating shaft, and the output shaft is fixedly connected with the clutch assembly. The driven gear and the rotating shaft can rotate relatively, the clutch assembly is fixedly connected with the driven gear, and the clutch assembly is composed of the rotating shaft, a clutch body and a clutch block. According to the door opening and closing actuator capable of achieving manual and electric automatic switching, through transmission of the clutch body, the clutch block and the multiple sets of gears, it is guaranteed that the power device can drive the output shaft to rotate, automatic operation is conducted, after the action is completed, through reverse rotation of the power device, separation of the power device and a branch transmission component is achieved, and rigid connection of a motor, the transmission component and a door is automatically cut off; therefore, seamless switching between automatic operation and manual operation is realized.
