The invention provides a vehicle door opening and closing control method and device, a vehicle and a storage medium, and the method comprises the steps that in response to power-assisted gear setting operation for an electric vehicle door, multiple candidate power-assisted gears are displayed on a vehicle-mounted screen; wherein different candidate power-assisted gears correspond to different angular velocity ranges; the angular velocity is the angular velocity of rotation of the electric vehicle door when a user of the vehicle applies assistance to opening or closing operation of the electric vehicle door; determining a target power-assisted gear selected by the user from the plurality of candidate power-assisted gears; and controlling the movement of the electric vehicle door based on the target angular velocity range corresponding to the target power-assisted gear.
