The invention provides a preparation method of a manganese zinc ferrite large-size magnetic ring, and the preparation method comprises the steps: preparing a magnetic ring mold which comprises two same and independent semi-magnetic ring molds, and each of the two semi-magnetic ring molds is provided with a to-be-ground surface; respectively manufacturing two magnet ring blanks by using the two half magnet ring molds; the two half magnetic ring blanks are sintered, two magnetic ring prototypes are obtained, and each of the two magnetic ring prototypes is provided with a magnetic ring to-be-ground face; the to-be-ground surface of the magnetic ring is a sintered to-be-ground surface; the magnetic ring to-be-ground surfaces of the two magnetic ring prototype samples are ground, so that two magnetic ring formed samples with the thickness being the target thickness are obtained, and the two magnetic ring formed samples are each provided with a magnetic ring splicing surface; the splicing surface of the magnetic ring is a to-be-ground surface of the polished magnetic ring; and carrying out splicing treatment on the magnetic ring splicing surfaces of the two magnetic ring samples to prepare the target large-size magnetic ring. According to the invention, the large-size magnetic ring is split and sintered, and the characteristics of broadband magnetic conductivity, high frequency and high impedance are achieved in a combined form.
本申请提供一种锰锌铁氧体大尺寸磁环的制备方法,制备方法包括制备磁环模具,磁环模具包括两个相同且独立的半磁环模具,两个半磁环模均具有一个待磨面;利用两个半磁环模具分别制取出两个磁环毛坯;分别对两个半磁环毛坯进行烧结处理,得到两个磁环初样,两个磁环初样均具有一个磁环待磨面;磁环待磨面为经烧结处理后的待磨面;分别对两个磁环初样的磁环待磨面进行打磨处理,以获取到两个厚度均为目标厚度的磁环成样,两个磁环成样均具有一个磁环拼接面;磁环拼接面为经打磨处理后的磁环待磨面;将两个磁环成样的磁环拼接面进行拼接处理,制备得到目标大尺寸磁环。本申请拆分大尺寸磁环烧结,并以组合的形式达到磁导率宽频、高频率高阻抗的特性。
