The invention relates to the technical field of metal impregnation, in particular to a vacuumizing metal impregnation method which comprises the following steps: S1, putting metal into a graphite crucible, closing a metal liquid inflow pipe and a metal liquid return pipe, turning on a power supply of a heating element, and melting the metal; s2, putting a graphite product to be impregnated into a graphite frame; then the graphite frame is hung on a placing table, the tank body is sealed and vacuumized, and infrared radiation is adopted for heating; s3, opening the molten metal inflow pipe, and meanwhile, introducing N2 gas into the molten metal surface through a pressurization system for pressurization; s4, after immersion, closing the molten metal inflow pipe, restoring to atmospheric pressure, opening the molten metal inflow pipe, and enabling the molten metal to flow back to the graphite crucible; s5, the molten metal inflow pipe is closed, a proper cooling curve is selected according to the performance index requirement condition of a final product, the graphite product is taken out of a frame after being cooled, and the impregnated graphite product is taken out and put into filler to be prevented from being oxidized; according to the invention, metal impregnation can be well carried out.
