Large-water-volume sewage collection negative pressure drainage system and control method
A water collecting facility is provided with a negative pressure pipeline used for being connected with a negative pressure source and a liquid level sensor used for monitoring the liquid level of the water collecting facility, the negative pressure pipeline is provided with a drainage valve and a negative pressure pipeline pressure sensor used for detecting the pressure of the negative pressure pipeline, and the negative pressure pipeline is further connected with an air distribution pipe used for being communicated with the atmosphere in a bypass mode. An air distribution valve is arranged on the air distribution pipe, and an inlet of the negative pressure pipeline is connected with or not connected with a sewage lifting pump. The invention further relates to a large-water-volume sewage collection negative-pressure drainage control method, the working process of the negative-pressure pipeline is composed of two time sequences/stages, the first stage is a sewage discharge stage, and the negative-pressure pipeline sucks sewage from the water collection facility; the second stage is an air distribution stage, the negative pressure pipeline sucks air through the air distribution pipe, and the second stage is started after the first stage is completed. The negative pressure capacity of the system can be effectively utilized, the lifting height of negative pressure conveying is increased, and the adaptability to instant/short-time large-water-volume drainage is improved.
本发明涉及大水量污水收集负压排水系统,其集水设施设有用于连接负压源的负压管道和用于监测集水设施液位的液位传感器,负压管道上设有排水阀和用于检测负压管道压力的负压管道压力传感器,还旁接有用于连通大气的配气管,所述配气管上设有配气阀,负压管道的进口连接有或者不连接有污水提升泵。本发明还涉及大水量污水收集负压排水控制方法,其负压管道的工作过程由两个时序/阶段组成,第一阶段为排污阶段,负压管道从集水设施吸入污水;第二阶段为配气阶段,负压管道经配气管吸入空气,在完成第一阶段后即进入第二阶段。本发明能够有效地利用系统的负压能力,提高负压输送的提升高度,增加对瞬间/短时大水量排水的适应性。
