The invention discloses a gap protection structure between a scaffold and a building, and relates to the technical field of building supporting. The connecting plates are arranged on the connecting parts respectively, the connecting plates on the same side are parallel to one another, and connecting holes are formed in the connecting plates; the protective plates are arranged between the scaffold and the building, the number of the protective plates is multiple, each protective plate is located between the adjacent connecting plates of the adjacent connecting parts, and mounting grooves are formed in the protective plates; the connecting column is connected to the mounting groove in a sliding manner; and the elastic driving piece is arranged in the mounting groove, and when the connecting column is connected with the connecting hole, the elastic driving piece pushes the connecting column to penetrate through the connecting hole. The falling accident between the scaffold and the building gap can be reduced, and meanwhile the possibility of damage is reduced.
