The invention relates to a multi-layer segmented grouting construction method which comprises the following steps: S1, preparation work: determining a to-be-treated area and problem severity, and meanwhile, cleaning a working area to prepare construction; s2, the to-be-treated area is divided into a plurality of pouring areas in the vertical direction; s3, drilling is conducted, specifically, a plurality of pouring holes are vertically drilled in the to-be-treated area; s4, grouting is conducted, specifically, layered grouting is conducted in the pouring holes; s5, a connecting pile is placed, and the connecting pile with the outer diameter smaller than the hole diameter of the drilled hole is inserted into the grouting in the pouring hole; s6, waiting for curing; and S7, other layers are poured in sequence, and the effect of improving the grouting integrity is achieved after the last time of grouting is completely solidified.
