The present disclosure provides a stackable fence panel and a method for stacking fence panels. The fence panel includes: a first outer post including a post depth; a second outer column opposite the first outer column and including the column depth; and two or more horizontal cross members each intermediate the first outer column and the second outer column, each horizontal cross member including a cross member depth, each horizontal cross member including a narrow section proximate both the first outer column and the second outer column, the narrow section includes a narrow depth that is less than the post depth.
