The invention provides a cast-in-place pile rotary drilling system and a construction method thereof.The cast-in-place pile rotary drilling system comprises a high-pressure grouting rotary drilling bit, a rotary drilling rig truck, a high-pressure grouting main pipe and a high-pressure grouting guide pipe, a containing space is formed in the high-pressure grouting rotary drilling bit, and a high-pressure grouting nozzle is arranged on the side wall of the high-pressure grouting rotary drilling bit; the rotary drilling rig truck is provided with a connecting long cylinder part, the connecting long cylinder part is connected with the high-pressure grouting rotary drilling bit, and the rotary drilling rig truck can drive the high-pressure grouting rotary drilling bit to move for rotary drilling through the connecting long cylinder part; one end of the high-pressure grouting main pipe is arranged in the connecting long cylinder part in a penetrating mode, and the other end of the high-pressure grouting main pipe is used for being connected with a pressure grouting pump located in a mud pit. The high-pressure grouting guide pipe is arranged in the containing space, one end of the high-pressure grouting guide pipe is connected and communicated with the high-pressure grouting main pipe, and the other end of the high-pressure grouting guide pipe is connected and communicated with the high-pressure grouting nozzle.
