The invention relates to preparation of dry-mixed mortar, in particular to anti-crack dry-mixed mortar with Yellow River sand as a raw material and a preparation process of the anti-crack dry-mixed mortar. The invention discloses anti-crack dry-mixed mortar taking Yellow River sand as a raw material and a preparation process thereof. The preparation process comprises the following steps: performing interface enhancement treatment on the Yellow River sand; carrying out surface modification on the glass fiber; preparing the polypropylene composite fiber; preparing polymer latex powder; and preparing the anti-cracking dry-mixed mortar. The glass fiber is adopted as a reinforcement body, the polypropylene composite fiber is prepared through direct granulation melt spinning, the crack resistance of the dry-mixed mortar can be improved, the glass fiber is introduced into polypropylene, so that the composite fiber is uniformly arranged, the glass fiber can bear part of stress when stressed, and the crack resistance of the dry-mixed mortar is improved. The impact resistance and toughness of the polypropylene fiber can be improved, the brittle failure characteristic of the dry-mixed mortar can be improved by adding the reinforced polypropylene fiber into the dry-mixed mortar, cracks generated by plastic shrinkage of the mortar are reduced, and thus the crack resistance of the dry-mixed mortar is improved.
