The invention belongs to the technical field of building materials and chemical building materials, and particularly relates to airtight concrete and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method of the airtight concrete comprises the following steps: 1) mixing a cementing material with fine aggregate, adding a water reducing agent, an airtight agent and water, and stirring at a high speed to obtain stirred mortar; 2) mixing the stirred mortar with surface modified coarse aggregate, and stirring to obtain airtight concrete; the airtight agent is selected from one or more of acrylic emulsion, styrene-acrylic emulsion, rubber powder and redispersible latex powder; a modifier in the surface modified coarse aggregate is a siliceous modified material. According to the airtight concrete prepared by the method, the air tightness is remarkably improved, and meanwhile, the strength is also improved.
本发明属于建筑材料和化学建材技术领域,具体涉及一种气密性混凝土及其制备方法。所述气密性混凝土的制备方法包括如下步骤:1)将胶凝材料与细骨料混合,加入减水剂、气密剂和水,进行高速搅拌,得到搅拌砂浆;2)将所述搅拌砂浆与表面改性粗骨料混合,搅拌,得到气密性混凝土;所述气密剂选自丙烯酸乳液、苯丙乳液、胶粉、可再分散乳胶粉中的一种或几种;所述表面改性粗骨料中的改性剂为硅质改性材料。本发明利用上述方法制得的气密性混凝土气密性显著提高,同时强度也有提升。
