The invention discloses a process for making bricks by mixing sludge at a high ratio. The process comprises the following steps: a, carrying out thermal refining on municipal domestic sludge with the water content of 80%; b, feeding the conditioned sludge into a plate-and-frame filter press for filter-pressing dehydration; c, feeding the sludge with the water content of 50-60% into a drying device for drying treatment after filter pressing and dewatering to obtain sludge with the water content of 30-40%; d, feeding the dried sludge into an aging bin, and aging the dried sludge and other brick making raw materials together to obtain an aged material, wherein the mass of the dried sludge in the aged material accounts for 15-18% of the total mass of the aged material; e, feeding the aged material obtained in the step d into a high-pressure brick machine to prepare a green brick; and f, after obtaining a green brick, feeding the green brick into a tunnel kiln for firing and forming to obtain a final finished product. The problem that the doping ratio of the dried sludge is generally low in the existing sludge brick making process is solved.
本发明公开了一种高比率掺拌污泥制砖的工艺,包括如下步骤:a、对含水率80%的市政生活污泥进行调质处理;b、将调质好的污泥送入板框压滤机进行压滤脱水;c、压滤脱水后将含水率50%‑60%的污泥送入干化装置内进行干化处理得到含水率30%‑40%的污泥;d、将干化后的污泥送入陈化仓中与其余制砖原料共同陈化后得到陈化料,陈化料中干化后的污泥的质量占陈化料总质量的15%~18%;e、将步骤d中得到的陈化料送入高压砖机制成砖坯;f、得到砖坯后将砖坯送入隧道窑烧制成型得到最终成品。解决现有污泥制砖时干化污泥掺杂比率普遍偏低的问题。
