本发明涉及一种防水防腐抗渗混凝土的制备工艺及其施工方法,搅拌机投料顺序采用二投料法,施工时的投料顺序为:先向搅拌机投入细骨料、水泥、粉煤灰、矿粉,再加入SY‑KS多功能抗侵蚀防腐剂、SY‑K膨胀纤维抗裂防水剂、PH‑A改性聚丙烯抗裂纤维等外加剂拌合30s,加入拌和用水拌合40s,最后再加入粗骨料进行拌合60s,混凝土总搅拌时间控制在130s左右。本发明抑制了微细裂缝、连通裂缝的产生的产生和发展。同时,无数纤维单丝的加入可有效阻碍骨料的离析,保证了混凝土早期的均匀泌水性,从而阻碍了沉降裂纹的形成。
