The fine adjustment supporting beam comprises a supporting beam body arranged on the pavement slab to be adjusted and a vertical adjusting device used for adjusting the position of the pavement slab; the device further comprises a threaded rod which penetrates through the vertical adjusting device and the supporting beam and is connected with the hoisting leveling hole, and the threaded rod drives the pavement slab to ascend and descend through an adjusting nut in the vertical adjusting device; the vertical adjusting device further comprises a first plane adjusting assembly and a second plane adjusting assembly which are detachable, a threaded rod transversely moves to adjust the position of the pavement slab by screwing a full-screw lead screw in the first plane adjusting assembly, and the longitudinal position of the pavement slab is adjusted by screwing a first screw in the second plane adjusting assembly. Synchronous operation with planking equipment can be realized, and planking and fine adjustment line production can be realized; meanwhile, all the components are detachably connected, the design is ingenious, the weight is light, manual carrying can be achieved, and transferring is convenient.
