According to the construction condition of multiple cross beams of the ultrahigh cable bent tower, only one truss can be machined, the frame body is adjusted in a telescopic mode to meet the construction requirements of the cross beams with different spans, and the total steel consumption of the support is reduced. The truss of the device can be assembled under the tower and is integrally hoisted to the tower through hoisting equipment, and high-altitude splicing and welding operation is reduced. The device can realize the width adjustment of the truss. And the phenomenon that truss hoisting is affected due to the fact that the two ends of the suspension bridge are generally narrowed gradually from top to bottom is avoided.
本发明提供一种适应不同跨度的横梁支架及其使用方法,包括桁架,桁架两端底部设有装配式牛腿,装配式牛腿包括预埋装置和外撑装置,预埋装置预埋在索塔上,外撑装置支撑住桁架,桁架包括两个单桁架,两个单桁架之间设有调节架体。针对超高索塔多道横梁施工的情况,可仅加工一套桁架,通过伸缩调节架体以适应不同跨度横梁的施工需要,减少了支架总体钢材的用量。本发明装置的桁架可在塔下完成组拼,通过起重设备整体吊装上塔,减少了高空拼接和焊接作业。本发明装置能实现桁架的宽度调节。避免因为悬索桥一般从上往下两端逐渐变窄,从而影响桁架吊装的现象发生,适合推广使用。
