Method for dismantling waste arch bridge by using assembly type adjustable steel arch frame
The invention discloses a method for dismantling a waste arch bridge through an assembly type adjustable steel arch frame and relates to arch bridges. The method comprises the following steps: (1) designing various fabricated steel arch structural member products, and assembling the fabricated steel arch structural member products into an assembled model diagram for later use; (2) designing and constructing a temporary skewback foundation device; meanwhile, a required buckling tower and a required counter-force frame are arranged; (3) mounting a steel arch bracket on the hoisting unit by adopting a cantilever splicing process, sequentially dismounting all suspended splicing buckle cables, and carrying out a load preloading test; (4) the sand cylinder filled with the steel sand is placed under the skewback beam, and jacking external force is removed; (5) sequentially hoisting all the cut blocks of the main arch ring structure according to a pre-prepared unloading program; (6) carrying out arch dismantling hoisting operation on the non-dismantling bridge floor by using a crane; and (7) finally, dismantling the structures below the skewbacks of the two banks of the arch bridge according to a traditional construction method. According to the method, safety risks are reduced, environmental protection is guaranteed, the construction period can be saved by about 50%, the construction cost is saved by about 60%, labor input is reduced by about 50%, and the method is suitable for dismantling of the abandoned arch bridge.
利用装配式可调钢拱架拆除废弃拱桥的方法,涉及拱桥。本方法包括:①设计各类装配式钢拱架结构件产品,组拼成组拼模型图,备用;②设计施工临时拱座基础装置;同时设置所需的扣塔和反力架;③采用悬臂拼装工艺将吊装单元进行钢拱支架的安装,依序拆除所有悬拼扣索,并进行载荷预压试验;④将装好钢砂的砂筒安放拱座梁正下方,卸去顶升外力;⑤按照预先拟定的卸载程序依序吊离主拱圈结构的所有切割块体;⑥利用吊车在非拆除桥面上进行拆拱吊装作业;⑦最后按传统施工方法将拱桥两岸的拱座以下部结构拆除。本发明除降低安全风险和确保绿色环保外,可节约工期约50%,节约施工成本约60%,减少劳动力投入约50%,适用于废弃拱桥的拆除。
