The invention relates to a box culvert construction method and a box culvert structure. The construction method of the box culvert at least comprises the following steps: (1) at least two concrete box bodies with penetrating hollow parts are communicated and connected at the hollow parts; (2) filling the joints between the concrete box bodies with a curable composition; a step (3) of curing the curable composition to form a joint material; wherein the curable composition comprises a polyoxyalkylene polymer containing a reactive silyl group and an epoxy resin; the viscosity of the curable composition under the conditions of a temperature of 23 DEG C and a rotor speed of 1 rpm is 1000 Pa.s or more, and the specific gravity of the curable composition is 1.1 or more; the fracture strength of the joint material is 2 Mpa or above, the elongation at break is 170% or above, and the recovery is 50% or above. According to the construction method of the box culvert, the breaking strength, the elongation at break and the restorability of the joints between the concrete box bodies of the box culvert can be obviously improved.
本发明涉及一种箱涵的施工方法以及箱涵结构。所述箱涵的施工方法至少包括下述工序:工序(1):使至少两个具有贯穿的中空部的混凝土箱体在中空部处彼此连通而连接;工序(2):在混凝土箱体之间的接缝处填充可固化组合物;工序(3):固化可固化组合物以形成接缝材料;其中,可固化组合物包含含有反应性甲硅烷基的聚氧化烯聚合物和环氧树脂;并且,可固化组合物在温度为23℃、转子速度为1rpm条件下的粘度为1000Pa·s以上,可固化组合物的比重为1.1以上;接缝材料的断裂强度为2Mpa以上,断裂伸长率为170%以上,恢复性为50%以上。本发明的箱涵的施工方法能够明显的改善箱涵的混凝土箱体之间接缝处的断裂强度、断裂伸长率以及恢复性。
