According to the method provided by the invention, pile cutting is not needed during construction, and the integrity of the pile body is protected, so that the strength of the pile body is improved, the construction method is simplified, and the engineering quality is improved.
本发明提供的预应力混凝土管桩与承台连接的施工方法,通过在管桩上部内芯设置钢筋笼和托板,在管桩顶部设置若干锚固钢筋,将锚固钢筋通过连接钢板和管桩顶部端板连接,在管桩间符合地基上浇筑混凝土垫层,在混凝土垫层之上,锚固钢筋和承台钢筋周围立设模板浇筑填芯混凝土和承台混凝土,完成预应力混凝土管桩与承台的连接。本发明提供的方法施工时无需进行截桩,保护了桩体的完整性,从而提高了桩体的强度,并简化了施工方法,提高了工程质量。
