The invention relates to a collapsible loess area compaction grouting type anchor rod static pressure pile construction method which comprises the following steps that a pile pressing bearing platform is poured on the circumferential end face of an original foundation pile, a pile pressing hole is reserved, a pile pressing counter-force device is installed on the pile pressing bearing platform, pile bodies of steel pipe piles are pressed into a foundation one by one, and after pile pressing construction of the steel pipe piles is completed, the pile pressing counter-force device is installed on the pile pressing counter-force device; tamping and sealing the contact part of the outer side of the pile top of the steel pipe pile and a foundation soil body within a range of one meter by adopting cement mortar, dismounting a pile pressing assembly of a pile pressing counter-force device, mounting a jack on a counter-force frame of the pile pressing counter-force device, and placing a pressing and holding frame in each pile pressing hole; each steel pipe pile is connected with a grouting pipe through a corresponding sealing plate, cement paste is injected into each steel pipe pile through pressure at the same time through a corresponding high-pressure grouting pump, the cement paste is sprayed and diffused into gaps or loopholes of a foundation around the steel pipe piles through the corresponding guniting holes, and slurry veins are formed so that the steel pipe piles and the original foundation piles can be connected into an integral cement column. The bearing capacity of the original foundation pile can be improved.
本发明涉及一种湿陷性黄土地区压密注浆式锚杆静压桩施工方法,包括如下步骤:在原基桩的周向端面浇筑有压桩承台并预留有压桩孔,在压桩承台上安装好压桩反力装置并将钢管桩桩身逐根压入至地基中,钢管桩压桩施工完成后,对钢管桩桩顶外侧与地基土体接触部位一米范围内采用水泥砂浆捣实封口,拆除压桩反力装置的压桩组件,并在压桩反力装置的反力架上安装千斤顶,在每个压桩孔内均放置有压持架;通过各自封口板分别连接有注浆管,并通过各自高压注浆泵同时向各钢管桩内压力注入水泥浆,水泥浆通过喷浆孔喷射扩散至钢管桩周围地基的空隙或漏洞中,并形成浆脉使各钢管桩与原基桩之间连接成一个整体水泥柱;本发明能提高原基桩的承载力。
