The invention discloses a steel bar hanging device for a foundation pit steel latticed column and a construction method of the steel bar hanging device. The steel bar hanging device comprises a steel bar hanging assembly, a hanging ring used in cooperation with the steel bar hanging assembly and a fixed lifting lug installed on the steel latticed column. The hanging bar assembly is fixedly connected with a hanging ring sleeve in the hanging ring in a matched mode, the hanging bar assembly comprises a hanging bar matched with the hanging ring sleeve for connection and installation, a lifting hook matched with the lifting lug for use and a lifting hook baffle for preventing unhooking, and the hanging bar is matched with the hanging ring sleeve in the hanging ring so that the descending length of the hanging bar can be adjusted. According to the construction method, the steel latticed column and the steel reinforcement cage are integrally arranged in a pile hole through the steel bar hanging device in a hoisting mode. The overall structural stability is good, accurate construction can be achieved, the hanging bars can be taken out for next use after concrete pouring of the stand column pile is completed, the engineering cost is reduced, construction operation is convenient, the work efficiency is high, and the construction efficiency is greatly improved.
