Foundation pit operation inspection method and system based on three-dimensional laser scanning technology
The invention provides a foundation pit operation inspection method and system based on a three-dimensional laser scanning technology. The system comprises a three-dimensional laser scanner, a data acquisition module, a single monitoring data processing module and a comparative analysis and alarm module. In the foundation pit excavation process, a three-dimensional laser scanner scans a foundation pit panorama for multiple times according to a set time interval, and point cloud data of the foundation pit panorama are obtained in each scanning; the data acquisition module receives and stores the point cloud data generated by each scanning in real time; a single monitoring data processing module processes and analyzes the point cloud data generated by each scanning; and the comparative analysis and alarm module performs state judgment and determines whether to give an alarm or not. Automatic comprehensive inspection of foundation pit engineering is achieved, the foundation pit construction inspection workload is greatly reduced, the subjectivity of inspection work is avoided, the precision and sensitivity are higher, and the safety of foundation pit operation is improved.
本发明提供了一种基于三维激光扫描技术的基坑作业巡检方法及系统,系统包括三维激光扫描仪、数据获取模块、单次监测数据处理模块、对比分析及报警模块;在基坑开挖过程中,三维激光扫描仪按照设定时间间隔对基坑全景多次扫描,每次扫描分别获取基坑全景的点云数据;数据获取模块实时接收并存储每次扫描产生的所述点云数据;单次监测数据处理模块对每次扫描产生所述点云数据处理和分析;对比分析及报警模块进行状态判断,并确定是否发出报警。实现了基坑工程自动化综合巡检,极大降低了基坑施工巡检工作量,避免了巡检工作的主观性,精度和灵敏度更高,提高基坑作业的安全性。
