The invention discloses an arc-shaped wall formwork supporting system and a construction method thereof.The arc-shaped wall formwork supporting system comprises two sets of lining protection plates, the two sets of lining protection plates are arranged corresponding to the two side walls in the normal direction of a to-be-poured wall, and an arc-shaped pouring space is formed between the two sets of lining protection plates; the shaping assemblies are arranged corresponding to the outer side faces of the two sets of lining protection plates respectively, each lining protection plate comprises at least one set of shaping assembly in the vertical direction, and the shaping assemblies adjust and limit the bending degree of the lining protection plates; and the fastening and connecting assembly is located on the outer side of the pouring space and arranged in the wall thickness direction of the pouring space, and the shaping assemblies located on the two sides of the pouring space are pulled and fastened through the fastening and connecting assembly. A traditional customized formwork can be replaced, the lining protection plate is bent and positioned through the shaping assembly, the universality of the lining protection plate can be greatly improved, customization is not needed, the construction period is shortened, the construction cost is reduced, and the lining protection plate can be recycled.
