The invention provides a method for preparing a light phosphogypsum thermal insulation material by using waste polyurethane foam. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, adding crushed waste polyurethane powder and dried phosphogypsum powder into a millstone type mechanochemical reactor for co-grinding and crushing, collecting polyurethane-phosphogypsum composite powder after grinding is completed, then adding the dried phosphogypsum powder into the composite powder for mixing, and finally, preparing the waste polyurethane-phosphogypsum composite material. And obtaining the light phosphogypsum mortar according to a conventional building mortar preparation process. According to the method, the waste polyurethane foam and the waste ardealite are utilized to form main raw material components, and the two raw material powders are uniformly mixed innovatively in a co-grinding manner, so that the ready-mixed mortar meeting the standard can be prepared, and the layering defect is not easy to generate.
本发明提供一种利用废弃聚氨酯泡沫制备轻质磷石膏保温材料的方法。该方法是先将经过粉碎的废弃聚氨酯粉体与干燥磷石膏粉体加入到磨盘型力化学反应器中共碾磨粉碎,待碾磨完成后,收集聚氨酯‑磷石膏复合粉体,然后在复合粉体中添加干燥磷石膏粉体混合后,按照常规建筑砂浆制备工艺得到轻质磷石膏砂浆。该方法利用了废弃聚氨酯泡沫与废弃磷石膏构成主要原料组分,创新性地通过共碾磨的方式使得两种原料粉体均匀地混合,从而可制备得到符合标准的预拌砂浆,不易产生分层缺陷。
