Novel method for preparing black zirconium oxide by reduction method
The invention provides a novel method for preparing black zirconium oxide by a reduction method, which is a method for obtaining a black zirconium oxide sheet by adding a single pigment auxiliary material and sintering by a reduction method, and comprises the following steps of: mixing materials, sintering, and preparing yttrium-stabilized zirconium oxide slurry by using purified water; mixing the slurry with praseodymium oxide in proportion, and then carrying out ball milling; a dispersing agent is added during ball milling, so that the mixed slurry is uniform and does not precipitate, a small amount of ammonia water is added to adjust the pH, the granulation effect is ensured, and granulation is performed; forming a blank in a tabletting and injection molding manner, and sintering; carrying out secondary reduction sintering in a hydrogen atmosphere; and grinding and polishing to obtain a finished product. According to the black zirconium oxide prepared by the process, fewer components are added, the process is easier to control, and the color and crystal grains of a sintered product are more uniform; the density is higher and can reach 6.05 g/cm < 3 > or above; and the bending strength is high and can reach 1200 MPa or above. The added elements are nontoxic and harmless, and can be better applied to related industries.
本发明提供了一种新型还原法制备黑色氧化锆的方法,是通过添加单一的色料辅料,采用还原法烧结,得到黑色氧化锆片的方法,是先混料,烧结,用纯化水配置钇稳定氧化锆浆料;再将浆料与氧化镨按照比例混合后进行球磨;球磨中添加分散剂使混合浆料均匀不沉淀,并通过添加少量氨水调pH,确保造粒效果,进行造粒;通过压片、注塑方式成型毛坯、烧结;在氢气气氛下进行二次还原烧结;进行磨抛加工获得成品。该工艺制备出的黑色氧化锆添加组分更少,工艺过程更容易操控,烧结品颜色和晶粒更均匀;密度更高,可达到6.05g/cm3以上;抗弯强度高,可达到1200MPa以上。添加元素无毒无害,能更好的应用于相关行业。
