In order to solve the problems of relatively long pug aging time and relatively low production efficiency in the existing ceramic membrane production process, the invention provides a ball-corner mixed aluminum oxide ceramic membrane support body and a preparation method thereof. The ceramic membrane supporting body comprises the following raw materials: mixed aluminum oxide, an adhesive, a sintering aid, a pore-forming agent, auxiliary materials and the like. The mixed aluminum oxide is formed by mixing angular aluminum oxide and spherical aluminum oxide. The preparation method of the ceramic membrane support comprises the steps of premixing of mixed aluminum oxide, mixing of raw materials, kneading, vacuum pugging, extrusion molding, drying, sintering and the like. According to the invention, the angular alumina powder is used as a main raw material and is supplemented with the spherical alumina powder for neutralization and debugging, and the powder can be closely packed and formed by utilizing the characteristics of the spherical alumina, so that the plasticity of the pug can be improved, the aging process can be directly removed, the production efficiency and the yield of the pug can be improved, and the production and manufacturing cost can be reduced at the same time.
本发明为解决现有陶瓷膜生产过程中泥料陈腐时间较长,生产效率相对较低的问题,提供了一种球角混合氧化铝陶瓷膜支撑体及其制备方法。该陶瓷膜支撑体的组成原料包括混合氧化铝、粘接剂、烧结助剂、造孔剂和辅料等。混合氧化铝由角形氧化铝和球形氧化铝混合而成。该陶瓷膜支撑体的制备方法包括混合氧化铝预混、原料混合、捏合、真空练泥、挤出成型、干燥、烧结等步骤。本发明以角形氧化铝粉体为主要原料,同时辅以球形氧化铝粉体进行中和调试,利用球形氧化铝的特性,粉体之间可实现紧密堆积成型,既能提高泥料的可塑性,直接去除陈腐工序,提高生产效率及泥坯的成品率,同时又能降低生产制造成本。
