The invention relates to polyurethane modified asphalt concrete, which is prepared from the following ingredients in parts by mass: 3 to 5 parts of lignin-based polyurethane prepolymers, 40 to 50 parts of modified asphalt, 800 to 1000 parts of aggregate, 0.5 to 1 part of slow adhesion agents, 1 to 2 parts of coupling agents and 3 to 4 parts of foaming agents, and the modified asphalt comprises matrix asphalt and high-temperature modifiers. The asphalt concrete has the effects of improving the high-temperature and low-temperature performance, ultraviolet resistance, oxidation resistance and antibacterial performance of the asphalt concrete.
