Blind ditches and an aeolian sand layer are arranged at the bottom of the roadbed, a pebble bed, a soil changing layer, a semi-rigid structure layer, an anti-freezing thermal insulation layer, a waterproof layer and a pavement layer are sequentially arranged in the roadbed from bottom to top, a ventilation layer is embedded in the pebble bed and used for ventilating and cooling the lower portion of the roadbed to prevent thaw collapse, and the ventilation layer is used for ventilating and cooling the lower portion of the roadbed to prevent thaw collapse. A heat supply pipe in the paired heat supply system is embedded in the semi-rigid structure layer, and geotechnical cloth drainage layers extending out of the slope are laid above and below the heat supply pipe respectively and used for heating the upper portion of the roadbed and discharging water to prevent frost heaving. Solar energy is used for heating the interior of the roadbed, the solar energy absorption rate is effectively improved by arranging the heat collector and the heat absorption cavity, the heating effect on the upper portion of the roadbed is improved, frost heaving is prevented, meanwhile, heat dissipation on the lower portion of the roadbed is enhanced, and thaw collapse is prevented.
本发明公开了一种对式供热防冻胀融沉路基及其施工方法,在路基底部设盲沟和风积沙层,路基内部自下之上依次设卵石层、换土层、半刚性结构层,防冻隔温层、防水层和路面层,其中卵石层内嵌筑通风层,用于对路基下部通风降温防止融沉,半刚性结构层内埋置对式供热系统中的送热管,并在送热管上方和下方各铺设延伸至边坡外的土工布排水层,用于对路基上部加热并将水分排出防止冻胀。本发明利用太阳能对路基内部进行加热,并通过设置集热器和吸热腔有效提高对太阳能的吸收率,提高了对路基上部的加热效果防止冻胀发生,同时加强对路基下部的散热,防止融沉发生。
