Construction method of cast-in-place beam of main canal pipeline bridge spanning south-to-north water transfer
The invention provides a construction method for a cast-in-place beam of a south-to-north water transfer main canal pipeline bridge. The construction method comprises the steps of treating a foundation and installing a swivel device; secondarily treating the foundation and arranging a waterproof and drainage system; a support used for supporting the cast-in-place bridge is erected on the rotating body device, and the support is pre-pressed; a second formwork used for cast-in-place of the bridge is erected on the support, and reinforcing steel bars are bound in the second formwork; pouring is conducted, and crack prevention measures are taken; after the concrete strength reaches the standard, formwork removal is conducted, and maintenance, prestress tensioning and duct grouting are conducted on the formed bridge; the support is dismantled; a bridge swivel; the swivel device is dismantled; constructing a side span closure section; and constructing a middle span closure section. The bridge is prefabricated beside the channel, the bridge section is rotated to the position above the channel through the rotating device, concrete is effectively prevented from falling into the channel when the bridge is poured, the water quality of the south-to-north water diversion project and the ecological environment of a river levee and a coastal bank are protected, the influence of construction on the water quality of the south-to-north water diversion project is reduced, and water source safety is guaranteed.
本发明提出一种跨南水北调干渠管道桥现浇梁的施工工法,包括处理地基,安装转体装置;二次处理地基并设置防排水系统;在所述转体装置上搭设用于支撑现浇桥梁的支架并对所述支架进行预压;在所述支架上搭设用于现浇桥梁的模板二、在模板二内绑扎钢筋;进行浇筑并采取防止裂缝措施;砼强度达标后,进行拆模,并对成型的桥梁开展养护、预应力张拉、孔道压浆的工作;拆除支架;桥梁转体;拆除所述转体装置;边跨合拢段施工;中间跨合拢段施工。在渠道旁对桥梁进行预制,采用转体装置将桥梁段转至渠道上方,有效防止了浇筑桥梁时混凝土落入渠道中,保护南水北调水质、河堤以及沿岸的生态坏境,降低了施工对南水北调工程水质的影响,保证水源安全。
