The invention relates to a prestressed local reinforcing block structure of a cross-shaped steel-fiber composite material, which is used for constraining and reinforcing a local area of a concrete main body and comprises a plurality of prestressed tendons, a plurality of cross-shaped reinforcing ribs and a plurality of cross-shaped reinforcing ribs, the cross-shaped steel members are positioned among the plurality of prestressed tendons; the micro-expansive concrete is poured on the inner sides and the outer sides of the prestressed tendons and the cross-shaped steel members; and the fiber composite material is wound outside the micro-expansive concrete. Compared with the prior art, the cross-shaped steel member and the fiber composite material are comprehensively applied, the compressive strength and the overall performance of the concrete in the pressed area are remarkably improved, the construction process is simplified, prefabrication and assembly are facilitated, the construction progress can be obviously accelerated, and an effective solution is provided for the stability and the safety of a prestressed structure.
